Publicis Groupe has been appointed by Beiersdorf as the global agency partner for NIVEA, the world’s leading skin-care brand, for every market globally. For NIVEA we have built a bespoke agency called Publicis One Touch, a name that embodies the NIVEA brand purpose of ‘The Power of Touch’. 

Publicis One Touch is a new agency model that brings together data, creativity and technology to help build a truly integrated approach to the Nivea brand. This model is designed to dramatically improve the effectiveness, efficiency, creativity and consistency of NIVEA marketing. 

To deliver the creative scope and the implementation we will have powerhouses across 8 hubs in New York, Sao Paulo, Cape Town, Dubai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Bangkok, Moscow. The new Agency will be led from a Hamburg HQ, and use a network of Publicis One Touch teams in over 40 other markets to cover the NIVEA world.

Job Description

The Client Finance Manager will participate to financial and commercial management on Publicis OneTouch unique client – Beiersdorf/Nivea, with the objective of supporting the achievement of profitable growth through the application of excellent commercial and financial management on the account.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities​​​​​​:

• Develop financial reporting standard formats, review markets input, consolidate client reports on a regular basis
• Develop commercial proposals to client, in close link with Project Management department
• Monthly review and analysis of Publicis One Touch global budget in coordination with Network Leads
• Participate in Publicis One Touch annual global budget construction
• Support markets in scope and trouble shoot issues
• Provide business analysis as agreed and required

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

• 3+ years’ proven experience as a CFM
• Finance master degree
• Previous senior level experience in a demanding financial / Client Finance role
• Strong analytical & communications skills and ability to work across different cultures and financial systems
• Self-driven, independent working abilities, team-player, hands-on mentality, comfortable with driving and managing change
• Fluency in written and spoken English
