Job Description

Responsible for the management of a group of projects across a client and different stakeholders (advertising agency, media agency, third parties).

This role has the objective of facilitating an integrated approach for data-driven campaign creation.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • the day to day relation with the client to progress and manage different projects
  • management of internal process from strategy to campaign production to local implementations and guidelines distribution
  • capability to manage a highly educated Client / demanding and perfection driving Excecutive Directors
  • capability to work in a fast paced environment
  • capability to manage challenges and to have a positive attitude to find solutions
  • demonstrating business acumen, experience and skill in evaluating work before presenting to client; ensuring delivery of accurate client de-briefs and internal briefings; on time, within budget; managing finance of your portfolio.
  • will liaise with other agency disciplines – not just strategic planning, creative and production but also below-the-line, media and PR partners.
  • Experienced in complex productions, that includes all touchpoints for a campaign
  • DDM savvy to be able to address client requests and follow production with DDM at heart

We’re looking for someone, who can work well in a team of international accounts

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget
  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from TV, OOH, digital, social media, paid media, mobile
  • Good relationship skills
  • Agility in managing conversations
  • Precise in pushing progress and follow process
  • experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams would be invaluable.
  • Good in managing stress (others & own)
  • Focused and precise
  • Skilled with leading a team of creative talent
  • Fluent in English

Additional Information

This role will be based in Milan with Travel required.
