Second Level Application Support Analyst (m/f/d)

Description

In the ITOps team at Raisin, we enable and empower developers and product owners to deliver amazing new financial products on our website, the first and only pan-European deposit marketplace. We seek a proactive and responsible person to investigate and fix application issues identified by our monitoring or reported to our ticket system.

• Thoroughly investigate and diagnose application-related incidents on our platform

• Actively monitor our ticket systems during business hours

• Perform manual fixes to application problems to keep our systems running

• Escalate problems to third level support, where necessary

• Recommend solutions for systemic issues and identify candidates for automation

• Maintain integral application support and assure clear technical documentation

• Verify resolution with requesters, manage tickets and keep stakeholders informed about the status of their issues

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience

• First practical experience in application support and documentation

• Basic experience with Linux (RHEL), web technology and MySQL

• Very good communication skills in English, preferably also in German

• Ability to work and solve problems independently

• Experience with reading Java code, Active MQ, message brokers or AWS services would be a plus

• Willingness to participate in an On-Call Roster
