realxdata envisions a commercial real estate industry where accurate and more transparent data leads to better and faster deals for everyone. We gather critical information that is hard to access and make it instantly and seamlessly available to our platform users.
We are creating a unique data exchange model to develop the foremost lease-data platform in the world. Our platform is used by landlords to compare properties, lenders to underwrite loans, hedge funds to make investments, brokers to close deals and the media to track real estate trends. We are looking for someone as soon as possible for at least 3 months, preferably 6 months for an exclusive research project for a French Client. Your Job location will be Berlin.
Full time - 40 hours a week
YOUR TASKS:
- During your internship you will get deep insights into the diverse fields of activity and working methods of a PropTech startup
- You support us in researching the latest trends in the commercial property market and valuation methods
- You prepare market data, information and presentation materials for negotiations with cooperation partners and investors
- After an extensive introduction to the subject of real estate data / tenant lists, you take on larger "data projects"
- You support in the maintenance and preparation of the data points in our database
- The real estate focus with the focus on office / retail real estate, research, valuation, portfolio analysis and business development is not neglected
- Working with the founders will not only advance you in the real estate business, but also offers you the opportunity to support the founding of a PropTech start-up at close quarters and to participate from day one
- You are a registered student or a graduate of a bachelor's or master's degree.
- You are interested in further financial and real estate issues and have very good analytical skills.
- Good PR & Communication skills.
- You are characterized by flexibility, openness, assertiveness, teamwork and the willingness to assume responsibility.
- Native French and you have good knowledge of English.
- You can handle MS Office very securely, especially MS Excel.

Dr. Titus Albrecht MRICS - The Real Estate Expert
After two real estate courses in Mannheim (diploma) and Berlin (master), Titus started his career at ECE in Berlin, where he was able to gain initial experience in the Berlin project development market. At EY Real Estate, Titus focused on property valuation, transaction management and the restructuring of property funds. For the past two and a half years, Titus has been responsible for the portfolio management of three real estate funds and one fund of funds at Union Investment Institutional.
Daniel Sprünker - The Product Owner
Daniel, on the other hand, already focused on innovation management during his master’s degree in Maastricht and gained initial practical experience in the Berlin venture world. Before he came to Rheingau Founders, he headed teams for various startups (including Rocket Internet) in the section Product & Operations. He had strong experience in scaling teams & technology.
Stefan Nusche - The Portfolio Expert
After two real estate courses in Berlin (diploma and master), Stefan started his career at EY Real Estate in Berlin. In the almost 8 years he specialized in portfolio transactions, valuations and strategy advice for investors, banks and non-real estate corporates. Before Stefan started at realxdata, he was responsible for the purchase for three years on the investor side (family office / investment house) as a senior transaction manager.
Iñaki Merino - The Chief Technology Officer
With extensive experience in digital web platforms, data analytics, critical systems, cloud infrastructures and software design, Iñaki has helped to develop various online banking platforms. After successfully leading the IT team for retail and analytical systems at Spanish Post, he joined the startup ecosystem and co-found a crowdfunding company. Here he was responsible for setting up and leading the development team. He has been working at realxdata as a CTO since 2017.
