Being part of our international team based in Milan, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our French client portfolio. You will dedicate 80% of your time to account management activities and the 20% to tasks to grow the customer baseline.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing client relationships with existing and new customers: clearly explain products’ value and services offered  
  • Account management of your client portfolio  
  • Researching/Prospecting and contacting new business prospects via phone, email and online chat  
  • Contract Negotiations  
  • Completing translation and administrative work as required  


Required Skills and Experience:

  • You speak French as a native language or on a near-native level and English fluently 
  • Bachelor's degree  
  • Excellent Communication - Ability to modulate communication in accordance to the audience  
  • Team player – Active participation both work and social team development activities  
  • Goal oriented - Strongly goal and action oriented, have a problem solving and hands on approach  
  • Positive and proactive attitude - Ability to take the initiative to make things happen  
  • You are required to be able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment  


Previous experience in sales and/or boating industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
