To reach our goals we are now looking for some new Junior Sales Italian or Spanish speaking to join us in Milan.

Responsibilities:

• Developing client relationships with existing and new customers: clearly explain products’ value and services offered  
• Account management of your client portfolio  
• Researching/Prospecting and contacting new business prospects via phone, email and online chat  
• Contract Negotiations  
• Completing translation and administrative work as required  

Required Skills and Experience:

• You speak Italian or Spanish as a native language or on a near-native level and English is a must. 
• Bachelor's degree  
• Excellent Communication - Ability to modulate communication in accordance with the audience  
• Team player – Active participation both work and social team development activities  
• Goal oriented - Strongly goal and action-oriented, have a problem solving and hands-on approach  
• Positive and proactive attitude - Ability to take the initiative to make things happen  
• You are required to be able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment  
• Previous experience in sales and/or boating industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
