THE MISSION
We are looking for a Travel Marketing Manager to help Scalapay continue its growth trajectory in the Travel industry, by onboarding new B2B partners and helping over 3.5 Million Scalapayers find their next amazing experience, through our proprietary touch-points.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the marketing strategy, the budget and its actual execution, to develop our travel business, both B2C and B2B
- B2B: Fuel the B2B acquisition funnel while nurturing the existing deals through paid digital marketing, CRM activities, events, PR and content marketing
- B2C: Optimize our B2C affiliation business increasing quantity and quality of referrals from our digital touchpoints to partners through branding campaigns and co-branded activities
- Analyze and summarize performances, with an effective test and learn approach
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Marketing or relevant working experience
- +3/5 years of marketing experience in e-commerce and/or start-up company, ideally related to the travel industry
- You have already successfully managed the plan and execution of a 360° marketing plan, including digital marketing campaigns 
- Your analytical skills enable you to track ROI and KPI through: CRM, Amplitude/Google Analytics, Excel
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both Italian & English. 
- You are not afraid to learn on the job
- Proactivity
Nice-to-have
- You have previous experience in a travel start-up/scale-up 
- You worked for companies with both B2B and B2C businesses 
- Knowledge of another language such as Spanish or French is a plus
