About the position

We are currently seeking a customer-centric professional with a motivational management style and analytical skills who is passionate about customer advocacy. You will be responsible for leading the North American-based Customer Success Management team, serving as an advocate and a liaison between our customers and our internal Showpad teams. The team’s primary responsibility is to manage, renew, and grow our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities of a Director of Customer Success at Showpad

  • Manage and further optimize the customer experience post-onboarding for our different customer segments
  • Manage the regional CSM management team 
  • Create/improve processes and ensure the necessary tools are in place to maximize the impact and productivity of the team
  • Recruit, develop and manage the very best customer success team
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer issues to ensure they are resolved quickly 
  • Ensure customer feedback is communicated internally to enable ongoing improvement of Showpad products and services 
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive operational excellence in the areas of customer engagement
  • Commercially responsible for churn, adoption of the platform and growth in the North American customer base
  • Collaborate globally across departments to achieve targets and improve customer experience 
  • Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience building and leading a Customer Success team 
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS organization
  • Ability to motivate and focus a team while developing individuals
  • Proven track record driving renewal strategies and NPS process; ability to create/manage programs that increase these elements
  • Experience in creating a performance and metrics focused culture
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire people

    About the position

    The Director of Sales is responsible for all sales activities of the Mid-Market team. This role is tasked with driving business for our Sales enablement platform and will lead, grow, and enhance the Mid-Market team to achieve or exceed sales targets.

    Key responsibilities as a Director, Mid-Market Sales at Showpad

  • Recruit, mentor, and direct a team of Account Executives to uncover new business opportunities
  • Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring sales leadership and strategic support
  • Accelerate the ramp time of new hires by providing sales, industry, software, and process training
  • Plan and deliver sales strategies to meet and exceed sales projections
  • Oversee leads and pipeline management

    About the position

    Showpad is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our growing technology team in Chicago.

    As an Engineering Manager at Showpad, you’ll be a leader in driving change within our product development and engineering practices while assisting and supporting a team of engineers to do their best work.

    Our engineering team in Chicago is responsible for building the Coach product within the Showpad platform.  This team develops the entire platform, from the API through the frontend and mobile application.

    To support and scale the team, we are looking for someone who is not only an individual contributor but is currently or is looking to help grow, train and mentor other engineers.

    Key responsibilities as an Engineering Manager at Showpad

    We are looking for someone willing and eager to drive change -- change in our process, change in the quality of our work and change in our relationship with other groups, both within Product, Engineering and elsewhere.  We are looking for someone who will push members of the team to be better, invest in quality, grow their technical prowess and advocate for them and their work. The ideal candidate would serve to be a role model and mentor for more junior members of the team.

    Your contributions in this role will help to build a skilled and autonomous engineering team within a 100+ person Product and Technology organization.  You will be an integral part of helping to build best-in-class engineers who continuously sharpen each other's skills through code reviews, technology guilds, pair programming and agile delivery methodologies.

    Our ideal candidate will be someone either interested in becoming a people manager or is already a leader of a small team.  Any candidate must have an interest in being an engaged contributor to our codebase as well.

    Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • 5+ years of software development as an individual contributor
  • Experience with some JVM based technologies (Java, Scala, Kotlin) and frameworks (Spring, Play, Guice)
  • Experience with agile software development practices
  • Ability to articulate engineering challenges and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable collaborating with and mentoring less experienced engineers on best practices and architectures
  • Consistently looking for new challenges and opportunities for growth that extend beyond role

    As a PHP engineer, you’re responsible for expanding and improving our current codebase and facilitating innovation for new features. Blindly implementing specs will not be enough as you’ll need to focus on the bigger picture towards the future. You take ownership by not only writing code but making sure that everything is fully functional, has test automation, scales well in our cloud infrastructure and is properly monitored.
