About the position

We’re growing like crazy and looking for a creative, data-driven Regional Product Marketing Manager to help our team bring the right solutions to the right audience with the right message. Reporting to the Global Product Marketing Director, you’ll become the US market and industry expert for Showpad through research and competitive analysis. You’ll share your insights with the business and develop compelling sales tools with tailored messaging for our key targets. If you’re naturally curious, love interviewing people and telling their stories, like to write and aren’t afraid of a spreadsheet, we’d love to talk to you.

Key responsibilities as a Regional Product Marketing Manager at Showpad

  • Become a market, prospect and customer expert through research and interviews - What are key trends? What are buyers’ biggest problems? Are they willing to pay to solve them?
  • Conduct competitive research, including win/loss analysis, summarizing your insights to improve competitive positioning and sales tools.
  • Influence product strategy by identifying growth opportunities 
  • Identify and articulate clear and impactful positioning for specific industries, personas and use cases
  • Develop sales collateral, web content, and modern interactive selling experiences using Showpad
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to ensure the sales team translates your insights and messaging into memorable customer experiences
  • Drive and develop editorial calendar and campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation and Content Marketing Manager
  • Be a power user of your own product, the Showpad Sales Enablement Platform, to identify and invest more in the content and buyer experiences that impact revenue
  • Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 7+ years working in Product Marketing or Product Management roles.
  • 2+ years as an analyst or in related market research roles.
  • Experience working in the B2B SaaS space
  • Enjoys collaborating with other teams, especially Sales Management
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills who can drive projects from start to finish
  • Excellent verbal, written and collaboration skills are essential
  • Demonstrated analytical skills - share analysis that you drove

    As a Lead Software Engineer, FrontEnd Developer you will have a big impact on the Showpad product as you control how our various web applications, look, feel and how they are developed and deployed. Using cutting edge technology, you allow our web application development process to mature. Furthermore, more and more hybrid technologies are used so web applications are also used inside the mobile application space.     Key responsibilities as a Lead Software Engineer, FrontEnd Developer at Showpad

  • Improve the Showpad user experience with great UI's and clever use of technology
  • Maintain and improve the Showpad platform
  • Contribute to improving our development processes and environments
  • Conduct research and development by experimenting with and implementing the latest technologies in one of the most faced-paced areas in software engineering

    About the Position

    We're looking for a Customer Advocacy Marketer to help us tell the Showpad story through the eyes of our customers. The ideal candidate will be at the core a great storyteller with outstanding customer relationship-building skills.

     The Customer Advocacy Marketer will be responsible for recruiting and managing high-touch reference relationships across Showpad’s global customer base. In this role you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Product Management and Professional Services, and to solicit customer reference nominations. The Customer Advocacy Marketer will convert nominations into active program participants that will support a wide spectrum of public and private reference activities servicing the needs of Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing and PR/Analyst Relations.



    Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify top customer accounts and cultivate champions to participate in marketing activities (including case studies, videos, speaking opportunities, customer panels, peer-to-peer references, analyst surveys and press coverage).
  • Engage with customers to build a strong rapport and relationship. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of all customer references; create and maintain a reference database to track customer participation.
  • Manage reference status, document customer use cases, respond to Marketing and Sales requests, and cultivate new references for the program.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing and Demand Generation to source a pipeline of customer speakers for global, regional, and local events,  including Transform (Showpad’s annual customer event); support with speaker selection, prep, and ensure a positive experience throughout the engagement. Recommend customer advocate appreciation offering as part of our engagement. 
  • Handle all cross-functional players involved in the sourcing, production, and approval of customer content; partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, the customer and their Comms team to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

    Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
  • 3+ years sales, customer success or marketing experience, ideally in a SAAS B2B setting
  • Bonus if you’ve demonstrated results in building/supporting a reference program and building strong relationships with sales, customer success and marketing teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and collaboration skills are essential
  • Self-starter with excellent organisational skills who can drive projects from start to finish
  • Ability to work cross-functionally

    We are looking for a passionate software engineer that will help us in building out an ecosystem of Java backend services. A big focus will be on performance since you’ll be joining a team that is working on our core services that determine access and content management. This team owns their part of the product completely, meaning from building the vision for it as well as implementing and maintaining it. Hence, it is also a full stack team, including a product owner, designer and a QA automation engineer.

    For our Chicago office, Showpad is looking for an IT Operations Specialist. As an IT operations Specialist you will be supporting the global internal Showpad IT infrastructure. You will be part of an international team (US-EMEA) responsible for helping your 400+ Showpad colleagues around the globe whenever they face an IT problem. In addition you will have a key role in assuring software, systems and network enable the organization to run smoothly and uninterruptedly and provide an enjoyable end user experience.

    Responsibilities as an IT Operations Specialist at Showpad

  • Provide first and second level IT support to your colleagues and help them onboard with corporate devices and tools
  • Manage application and system accesses and perform employee IT lifecycle management including on-boarding of new employees, changes to accesses and off-boarding activities
  • Monitor the global internal & external (cloud) systems and infrastructure components
  • Manage IT assets and be responsible for provisioning devices via a Mobile Device Management solution like Airwatch, Jamf or others
  • Support end-user equipment such as laptop, tablet and mobile phone systems, and maintain the global communication technology
  • Execute and optimize IT policies and procedures and provide training to application users and managers
  • Create and maintain IT documentation related to operations activities.
