About the Position

Showpad is seeking a global FP&A Director. As FP&A director you will own business finance globally and will oversee a team in Belgium and Chicago. You will report directly to the VP Finance who is located in Belgium, and work closely with the CFO, based in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities as a global FP&A Director at Showpad

  • Manage the global FP&A department with team members in the US and Europe
  • Oversee the annual budget process, providing guidance on the quarterly forecasts
  • Develop financial modeling, particularly the long-term strategic plan
  • Deliver dynamic, forward-thinking analysis supporting strategic decision-making
  • Own the SaaS business metrics reporting (ARR, Churn, ACV, LTV, ...)
  • Responsible for reporting the financial results to executive committee
  • Partner with key functional leaders to drive visibility on business performance and appropriate actions
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Operations organization to reinforce business processes
  • Ad hoc analysis & reporting projects for CEO/COO/CFO
  • Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years of FP&A experience in the SaaS environment
  • Excellent Excel skills and solid experience building financial models
  • Experience in working with C-level executives
  • Hands on leader who will work with the team to achieve finance and business goals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in an international organization
  • Knowledge of BI tools and Salesforce is preferred; Netsuite experience would be a plus

    The Customer Success team is on a mission to help customers grow by driving value, delivering top notch support, challenging the status quo and working out creative solutions to our customers’ problems, every single day.     This role will report into the Manager, Customer Success in Ghent, who in her turn reports into the EMEA Director of CS.

    About the position

    Showpad is looking for a Receptionist to oversee all administrative duties at our main entrance desk. You will perform a range of tasks including receiving and transferring all telephone calls, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, and providing support and backup for the Office Manager.

    As Showpad’s go-to person you will create an inspiring environment by assisting across all departments to maintain existing and new global initiatives. As the centerpiece of Showpad, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people skills.

    Key responsibilities as a Receptionist at Showpad

  • Welcome guests and colleagues at the front desk
  • Submit visitors and building requests via building portal
  • Support in office tasks including but not limited to ordering and stocking supplies, providing support for happy hours and events, distributing mail, placing catering orders, and all other ad-hoc duties as needed
  • Support on business travel arrangements
  • Upkeep of conference areas
  • Sort, distribute mail and packages

You will be a member of a well rounded People team consisting of People Operations, HRBPs, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.   • Work closely within the People team to administer onboarding, offboarding, employee leaves and payroll
  • Perform data entry and payroll preparation for 150+ employees

  • Preparation and execute HR documents
  • Prepare general Ad Hoc reports

    About the position

    The Solution Architect role in our Customer Innovation Lab will be instrumental in driving technical solutions based on the Showpad Sales Enablement platform. You will engage with our largest customers to design and implement innovative solutions supporting their commercial transformation. You will be defining what an Enterprise Sales Enablement solution means.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs in order to facilitate the definition and development of future solutions.
  • You deeply understand our customer’s business strategies and requirements to develop necessary designs and plans
  • You supervise 'first time delivery programs' for customers, including preliminary studies, the implementation roadmap, development of the prototype, after which you drive the implementation.
  • You advocate new concepts, technologies and solutions, using the appropriate communication channels (webinars, blog posts,...)
  • Provide advice and make decisions about which technologies would be suitable to use for various projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to develop budgets and timelines for solutions
  • Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry
  • Mentor, educate, and train colleagues as requested
  • Actively work with our partner network to design and support solutions based on the Showpad platform

    Skills/Experience we are looking for

  • Master computer science degree (or equivalent through experience) in information technology, computer science, software engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in a relevant role
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and positioning custom, complex innovative enterprise solutions across various architecture domains
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner
  • Deep knowledge of solution architecture discipline, processes, concepts and best practices.
  • Advanced understanding of IT industry trends, enterprise standards and methodology
  • Experience of structuring and facilitating the process of innovation within an IT function
  • Proven track-record of handling multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proven development skills in back-end technologies
