About the position

The Director of Sales is responsible for all sales activities of the Majors team. This role is tasked with driving business for our Sales enablement platform and will lead, grow, and enhance the Majors team to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities as a Director of Sales at Showpad

  • Recruit, mentor, and direct a team of Account Executives to uncover new business opportunities
  • Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring sales leadership and strategic support
  • Accelerate the ramp time of new hires by providing sales, industry, software, and process training
  • Plan and deliver sales strategies to meet and exceed sales projections
  • Oversee leads and pipeline management
  • Work collaboratively with the Go-To-Market Team to execute sales strategy as we introduce enhancements to existing solutions and/or release new products

    About the position

    The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for complementing Showpad’s innovations, best practices and capabilities with our valued customers’ business objectives and priorities, thereby driving higher business value and executive alignment between Showpad and our customers. You will be responsible for driving customer adoption and success through strategic management, adoption recommendations, and building customer relationships. The success of this role means higher customer satisfaction, retention and expansion of Showpad business.

    Key responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager at Showpad

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned book of business
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they are leveraging the solution to achieve full business value
  • Partner with internal Showpad stakeholders to align account activities with the customer's business case and strategy
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Manage and execute customer renewals
  • Identify any customer risks, and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
  • Partner with the sales team to properly grow accounts
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all Showpad functional areas
  • Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • 5+ years of customer success experience in a SaaS organization
  • 3+ years of Customer Success Management (CSM) experience, handling customers directly with the responsibility of renewing and growing a book of business
  • Desire and ability to be a hands-on contributor
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to problem-solve and solution on your feet
  • Proactive mindset
  • Experience with SaaS vendors such as Box, Salesforce, Gainsight preferred
  • Some light travel may be required

    About the position

    The Manager Customer Success Ghent will report into the EMEA Director of Customer Success, who is located in Ghent.

    As Manager, Customer Success you will be responsible for leading the high-performing Customer Success team of Ghent & Brussels, serving as an advocate and a liaison between our customers and our internal Showpad teams. This team is responsible for renewing, growing and supporting our existing customer base.

    The role is located in the Global HQ, Ghent.

     

    Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop and manage the very best customer success team in Ghent/Brussels
  • Accountable for churn, adoption of the platform and growth in existing customers in your team’s territory
  • Create new processes and ensure the necessary tooling is in place to maximize impact and productivity of the team
  • Serve as escalation point for customer issues to ensure they are resolved quickly
  • Define and optimize the ultimate customer experience post-onboarding for our different customer segments.
  • Ensure customer feedback is communicated internally to enable ongoing improvement of Showpad products and services
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive operational excellence in the areas of customer engagement

    Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • Minimum 2+ years experience building and leading a Customer Centric team
  • Proven ability to motivate and focus a team while developing individuals
  • Significant (+3 years) Customer Success/Account Management experience in a complex/enterprise/software environment
  • Ability to drive customer renewals and customer success
  • Drive NPS and customer satisfaction results and create programs that increase these elements
  • Experience in creating a performance and metrics focused culture
  • Experience with cloud-based/SaaS solution offerings and ability to articulate the benefits of SaaS is a plus

    The Customer Success team is on a mission to help customers grow by driving value, delivering top notch support, challenging the status quo and working out creative solutions to our customers’ problems, every single day. To achieve this goal, we’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to make the difference between great and excellent.

    This role will report into the Manager, Customer Success in London, who in her turn reports into the EMEA Director of CS.

  • Managing your own portfolio of customers, ensuring they get so much value out of Showpad, they can't live without it
  • Growing and retaining our customers, working towards targets
  • Driving adoption, setting KPIs and success metrics, demonstrating ROI
  • Helping customers understand and use Showpad’s powerful features to the fullest
  • Forwarding your customers’ voices in the business, directly impacting product development decisions within Showpad
  • Providing training to Showpad users, analysing usage data, surveying users, running QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) via video call or F2F, presenting product roadmap, etc.

    Skills we are looking for

  • Account and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in native level English is a must! Any Nordics language is a plus.
  • Being comfortable speaking to both C-level execs and individual contributors about value and easily switching between high-level and feature/benefit conversations
  • Being able to make a customer smile, even from behind a phone or computer
  • At least 5 years in a customer facing role (Account Management / Sales), ideally for an enterprise software, service or Software as a Service (SaaS) company

    Deine Aufgabe

  • Du betreust Dein eigenes Kundenportfolio und führst Deine Kunden zu einem Mehrwert, auf den Sie nicht mehr        verzichten möchten
  • Du führst Neukunden durch den Onboarding- und Implementierungsprozess (per Webkonferenz oder vor Ort)
  • Du hilfst Deinen Kunden Nutzerakzeptanz zu erzielen, KPIs und Erfolgskriterien zu definieren und ihre Ziele zu erreichen
  • Du zeigst Deinen Kunden wie Sie das Maximum aus Showpad rausholen
  • Du verleihst der Stimme Deiner Kunden Gewicht in unserer Business- und Produktagenda
  • Du führt Nutzertrainings durch, analysierst Nutzungsdaten, führst Kundenbefragungen durch und

    Deine Fähigkeiten 

  • Du entlockst Deinen Kunden öfter mal ein Lächeln, selbst wenn der Kontakt nur per Telefon oder Computer besteht
  • Du verfügst über mind. zweijährige Erfahrungen als Kundenbetreuer (Account Management / Projektmanagement), vorzugsweise für Enterprise Software oder SaaS Lösungen
  • Du bist sattelfest im Dialog mit operativen Kundenteams, aber auch C-Level Entscheidern
  • Dabei kannst Du rasch aus einer Detaildiskussion in die Helikopterperspektive springen
  • Du lernst leidenschaftlich gerne und begeisterst Dich für neue Technologien und Arbeitsmethoden
