About the position


As an Account Executive you will play an essential role in Showpad as you will have a massive impact on its growth. Our sales team shares the Showpad success story with organizations around the world and helps them understand the value Showpad offers to align Sales and Marketing. With an extra Account Executive, Showpad can grow even faster and stronger!


Key Responsibilities as an Account Executive at Showpad


  • You are a true Hunter with a mature approach to prospecting
  • Able to proactively implement a strategy to your sales approach
  • Be a consultant, advisor and a natural at gaining insights into your prospects' pains
  • Challenge, educate and evangelize
  • Demonstrate the value of our Showpad solution and question a prospects strategy
  • Utilize the support around you and involve our Customer Success team to help you win deals
  • Understand what Senior Sales and Marketing teams and VPs priorities are and how to align Showpad with their needs
  • Succeed at selling into a variety of lines of business and comfortable selling at C-level
  • Understand how to sell to all levels of a company, end users to C-level 
  • Watch your prospects become true Showpad fans 
  • Learn every single day amazing things from extremely talented sales professionals; your colleagues!

 Skills we are looking for


  • Minimum 3 years experience selling software into mid to large enterprises
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Experience in prospecting strategic decision makers and executives
  • Startup DNA
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce a plus!)
  • Passion for life and the Showpad product
  • The desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
  • The will to have a maximum impact on Showpad
  • The desire to work on an amazing team
  • Some formal sales training
