Position Overview


The Customer Success team is on a mission to help customers grow by driving value, delivering top-notch support, challenging the status quo and working out creative solutions to our customers’ problems.As Showpad has developed and established itself as a leader in revenue enablement software, so too has our CS division evolved, moving from being reactive to a strategic partnership model. Our CS teams strive to understand what our customers’ sales, marketing and engagement teams need and function as a trusted advisor and proactive solution provider to help them achieve their goals. 


In this role you will be managing your own large portfolio of SMB customers and helping customers understand the use of Showpad’s powerful features. The role rolls up to the Manager of Growth Customer Success and is part of a larger Growth Customer Success team.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Managing your own large portfolio of SMB customers, ensuring they get so much value out of Showpad, they can't live without it
  • Reactively retaining our customers and working towards targets by growing the current customer base. 
  • Helping customers understand and use Showpad’s powerful features to the fullest
  • Present renewal proposal(s) and options to customer and notify the customer of upcoming contract expiration
  • Forwarding your customers’ voices in the business, directly impacting product development decisions within Showpad

Minimum Requirements:


  • Account and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • The ability to deal with a highly transactional work environment
  • Being comfortable speaking to both C-level execs and individual contributors about the value and easily switching between high-level and feature/benefit conversations
  • Being able to make a customer smile, even from behind a phone or computer
  • At least 1 year in a customer-facing role ideally for enterprise software, service, or Software as a Service (SaaS) company
  • Learning new technologies and better ways of working is your passion
  • A true team player. Taking ownership and taking care of your peers
