Key Responsibilities as a Marketing Programs Intern/Working Student
For our fast-growing office in the center of Munich right at the Viktualienmarkt, we are looking for a long-term, talented, good-natured ass-kicker Working Student to support our Regional Marketing Manager.

Specific Projects:
Campaign execution (20%)
Support in executing new campaigns according to the timeline (regular newsletter send-outs e.g.)
Support on email campaigns and use Marketo to create, execute and measure these
Support for our Digital & German Social Media presence
ensure the readiness of content for Campaign integration (Marketo/SFDC)
Manage local webinar programs: plan topics, secure speakers and create promotional content that will drive registrations and attendees
German website support (30%):
extend the existing website by setting up new webpages
Handling localization of German website with the new messaging refresh by helping with reviewing & to ensure wording is according to the new tonality
Translation Handling (40%):
Copywriting, content creation and proofreading of translations
Coordinate translation of all new deliverables such as OnePagers, Campaign Collaterals, Ebooks, Reports, Sales Collaterals
Final content review and upload to GTM.sp
Event Support (10%):
Support our events team for tradeshows and events
Coordinating travel for attendees
Goodies shipping & branding for goodies
Skills and qualifications we are looking for
1+ year relevant work experience in an office job (preferably in B2B)
Native German, fluent in English - excellent written & verbal skills
Interest and drive to learn how to execute on a wide mix of data-driven marketing programs
Adaptability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
Proactive, resourceful, self-starter, comfortable working autonomously with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic
Accountability and willingness to report on progress and ask for help when needed
Excellent team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. Comfortable working as part of a global team
Proactively bring new innovative ideas and improved processes to the team for consideration - think differently and execute exceptionally
Wordpress and Marketing automation knowledge (SFDC and Marketo preferred) would be a plus
