Co-Founded in 2015 by Clément Benoit & Benjamin Chemla, two entrepreneurs who met through Resto-In, they raised 22 million euros in Series A. 

In less than one year, they grew up from 3 to 85 employees with offices in 3 countries and 5 cities : Barcelona, Paris, London, Madrid, Lyon… and soon every supercity in the world!

Pickup Services et Stuart, une véritable aventure humaine !

Pickup est le spécialiste de la livraison hors-domicile du groupe La Poste (relais, consignes…). En 2017 elle a traité 64 millions de colis dans une quinzaine de pays, au travers d’environ 24000 points de contact. Pickup compte plus de 200 salariés.

Stuart est une plateforme de livraison urbaine urgente, présente dans 3 pays (FR, UK, ESP). Elle compte environ 180 salariés.

Ces 2 startups en forte croissance ont été rachetées respectivement en 2009 et 2017 par Geopost, la branche Colis du groupe La Poste (numéro 1 en France et numéro 2 en Europe). Leurs projets se situent au cœur de la logistique urbaine, enjeu stratégique majeur pour la Poste, en interaction avec de nombreuses autres entités du groupe.

Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recherchons un stagiaire live operations pour l’Ile de France.


Ce que vous serez amené(e) à faire :

  • Anticiper et résoudre les problèmes pouvant survenir avant et lors des livraisons.
  • Assurer la bonne communication entre coursiers et clients afin de garantir la réussite de chaque livraison.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour améliorer chaque jour la performance opérationnelle.
  • Améliorer la répartition des coursiers dans Paris pour assurer l’équilibre continu de l’offre et de la demande.
  • S’assurer par une constante relation avec les clients et les livreurs, une satisfaction optimale quant au service de livraison.
  • Suivre et chercher à constamment améliorer les indicateurs clés de performance des secteurs placés sous votre responsabilité.

    Would you like to be a part of that? We are looking for a motivated Operations Analyst to join our London team! You will scope, plan, and execute innovative projects that will enable Stuart UK to make strategic decisions on the future of customer and courier interactions. You will take ownership by designing and executing processes, projects, communications and experiments driven by a deep and analytical understanding of our business.


    Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement and Automation - to drive efficiencies and scalable processes, pinpoint opportunities for process automation, lead and support implementation of these opportunities to help Stuart grow to the next level
  • Project Management & Execution - You will be responsible for owning and driving forward multiple strategic projects, and have the ability to execute in a constantly changing, complex environment
  • Communication - to effectively engage directly with peers as well as being able to provide clear guidance to key stakeholders on key operational processes
  • Regularly perform deep-dives on processes, by gathering qualitative feedback and quantitative results, and suggesting recommendations on how we can take these processes forward to enable high growth of the business
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the operations, commercial and customer support teams to gather feedback on their daily challenges in terms of process automation and improvement
  • Document all changes to our processes to make sure our internal documentation is always thorough and up to date
  • Making sure any courier facing changes are communicated to the relevant team in a timely manner
  • Help sustain the high quality of the fleet by identifying process gaps and taking actions
  • Requirements

  • Academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
  • Great analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in Excel (SQL is a plus)
  • At least one year of working experience with data analysis
  • You are able to work autonomously, and take charge of projects from A to Z
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You know how to get meaningful information out of large sets of data and can communicate your findings in a clear and concise way
  • You know how to flow meaningful changes through a large organisation to drive adoption and ensure success

    Pour accompagner cette croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d'un stagiaire dynamique et ambitieux souhaitant rejoindre notre équipe opérationnelle France, sur un poste basé à Paris. Il n'y a pas de journée classique chez Stuart ! Mais votre rôle sera de contribuer à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience fournie aux clients en assurant un suivi rapproché de la flotte de coursiers indépendants de Stuart !

  • Assister l'équipe opération pour le lancement de nouvelles villes

    We are now seeking an ambitious, energetic Sales Manager to get Madrid’s hottest SMB’s and Enterprise prospects delivering with us. Stuart’s business model is very efficient when lots of deliveries take place in a small geographical area and you will play a key role in helping to build this density.


    WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Identify target businesses in your areas in categories such as messenger, restaurants, kitchen labs, grocery, fashion, beauty, electronics, florists
  • Generate leads through prospection target areas of Madrid
  • Participate in promotional events such as trade shows, conferences, etc
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process for both inbound and outbound leads : prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing deals.
  • Follow up prospects through available CRM tools
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by Stuart
  • Understand client potential to forecast and then deliver quarterly delivery targets
  • Work on projects integral to helping the sales team meet company goals
  • Liaise with the operations team to assess the correct supply vs demand
  • Work closely with customer support to ensure deliveries run smoothly
  • Requirements

  • BA Honours degree or above.
  • Have 4-6 years sales experience with long sales cycles
  • Have a hustler mentality and be passionate about sales, you love hunting out new leads and closing them, you get a buzz out of this and you’re always willing to go the extra mile.
  • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy. You easily hunt out small errors, take pride in top quality work and can handle completing projects as well as hitting your sales targets.
  • Curious, you want to know perfectly your product and its environment
  • Have great inter-personal and communication skills. You enjoy meeting new people and are very comfortable starting conversations out of the blue.
  • A self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment -> Proactive mindset is a must .)
  • Be a good team player that will enjoy pitching in to help everyone succeed.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English with top quality spelling, punctuation and grammar along with good computer literacy and Microsoft Excel / Word skills.
