You wanna be part of that? We are looking for a highly strategic and proactive Account Manager to join our Madrid team and report directly to the Head of Commercial. You’ll own senior client relationships within our growing portfolio of Enterprise, SME and independent clients, including some of the world’s top brands. Client verticals include fashion, grocery, health & beauty, food, kitchen labs and e-commerce to name a few. You will be joining a great team at one of the most promising start-ups in Europe, surrounded by serial entrepreneurs passionate about disrupting existing models through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Educate, develop, retain and engage our top tier accounts
  • Account planning: Maximise adoption of Stuart by clients, in turn maximizing our revenue opportunity
  • Build deep and ongoing relationships with decision makers to continuously up-sell Stuart services and grow their usage (Head of Operations, E-commerce, Logistics)
  • Keep up to date with product changes and developments
  • Identify churn risks within the portfolio and mitigate
  • Help manage client events and other goodwill building strategies
  • Develop effective efficient ways to keep lower volume but crucial client accounts engaged
  • Understand client potential to forecast and then deliver quarterly delivery targets
  • Liaise with the operations team to assess the correct supply vs demand
  • Work together with marketing to promote our client base
  • Work closely with customer support to ensure deliveries run smoothly

Requirements

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience in client-interface roles or operations
  • Preferably experience in a high-growth business environment or startup
  • Good at building long-lasting relationships
  • Great interpersonal skills and good at building long-lasting relationships with all types of stakeholders (top management as well as less senior people)
  • Highly energised and positive self-starter able to work in a very demanding environment
  • History of exceeding targets -> Results oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both sharing and learning)
  • Strong use of insights and confidence around data-driven decision making
  • Excellent organization, project management and time management skills - being able to multitask and prioritise
