We work across verticals with retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and e-commerce merchants to enable smarter and green transportation models (i.e. Nike, Franprix, Fnac, Just Eat, McDonald’s, etc.)

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the brand awareness strategy of Stuart in France and position us as a market leader towards all our stakeholders – B2B clients, couriers and the media. You will be responsible to attract and convert new leads using scalable on & offline growth levers and to create a winning Enterprise B2B marketing strategy working closely with the Commercial team.

We are looking for an ambitious, full-stack profile willing to have a real impact in one of the most dynamic startups in Europe.

Reporting directly to our Country Manager Antoine Carteyron and working closely with the Global Marketing team, you will be responsible for:

  • Position Stuart as the French last-mile market leader towards all its stakeholders – B2B, couriers and the media
  • Own and drive the overall marketing & communication strategy of Stuart in France, aligning key actions with growth objectives
  • Lead the performance marketing strategy and initiatives for France and manage our Growth Marketing Manager, with a high focus on optimizing SEO, SEA and paid. Monitor and be accountable for the results
  • Build a winning B2B Enterprise marketing strategy and support the commercial team with key initiatives aiming at driving business – trade shows, keynotes, tenders, etc.
  • Position Stuart as a thought leader in the media and drive the overall Communications & PR strategy – press releases, bylines, Q&A, issue management, etc.
  • Manage and own the annual budget for the French marketing team

Requirements

  • Solid 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of B2B performance marketing - SEO, SEM, Paid, CRM, etc.
  • Great understanding of effective PR campaigns - you master stakeholders' engagement!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, you excel in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Hands-on and results-oriented, you have a data-driven mindset and are able to measure and adjust quickly your actions
  • Curious and committed, you want to become an expert about Stuart's platform and in last-mile / retail industry!
