We work across verticals with retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and ecommerce merchants to enable smarter transportation models.We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Onboarding Operations Intern in London! In collaboration with the operations team, you will be part of a team responsible for executing our onboarding processes, ensuring all courier’s questions are answered and that they have all the relevant information before they start working with Stuart. This role involves interacting with couriers on a daily basis so needs someone who is outgoing, has a positive attitude and has great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the London onboarding funnel to make sure we convert as many applicants as possible into active riders
  • Contact applicants in the funnels clearly outlining the Stuart processes and special rewards in order to push them through the funnels
  • Answer inbound communication (emails, Facebook messages) from applicants in the funnel who have questions about the process and next steps
  • Explore opportunities and make recommendations to improve the funnel to make it more streamlined and increase the conversion rate
  • Conducting onboarding sessions in London, which includes (but is not limited to):
  • Checking Right to Work and storing information
  • Checking insurance
  • Giving out equipment
  • Answer any questions on being a Stuart courier

Requirements

  • You are dynamic, motivated and eager to learn
  • You have proven problem solving skills
  • You are able to work autonomously
  • Detail oriented
  • You are comfortable with people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and to give recommendations
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer support role would be a bonus, but is not required
