We empower thousands of companies across Europe by providing same-day delivery, next-day delivery and return solutions. We work across verticals with retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and ecommerce merchants to enable smarter transportation models. We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Operations Executive, with a special focus on payment queries and processes, to join our Operations team in London! In collaboration with the team, you will help us achieve and maintain driver happiness by providing high level support on any payment related issues and implementing new processes to continuously improve this important part of the courier experience on the platform. You will be involved in key projects aiming to drive the company’s growth in a sustainable way.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the daily process of answering courier payment queries in a timely manner
- Process automation - pinpoint opportunities for payments automation, lead and/or support implementation of these opportunities
- Document all changes to our processes to make sure our internal documentation is always thorough and up to date
- Cross-functional collaboration with the operations and customer support teams to gather feedback on their daily challenges in terms of payment queries, and how we can solve them
- Making sure any courier facing changes are communicated to the relevant team
- Help sustain fleet happiness by identifying payment faults and taking actions
Requirements
- You are very thorough and attentive to detail
- You have proven problem solving skills
- Customer facing experience a strong plus
- You are number savvy
- You have a proactive attitude and are able to identify opportunities for improvement
- You are dynamic, motivated and eager to learn
- You have excellent communication skills
