Our amazing office is located in 8 Avenue des Ternes ( 17th Arrondissement).

As a Sales Manager you will be a representative of the Stuart commercial team, tasked with signing up medium and large retailers, with a focus on companies with a strong eCommerce presence. You will be joining a great team at one of the most promising start-ups in Europe, surrounded by serial entrepreneurs passionate about disrupting existing models throughout technology. You will be reporting directly to Dimitri Moulin, our the Head of Sales in France and work closely with Arnaud Calfond, Antoine Lefranc, Louis Druais and Harold Caroni.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and grow a sales pipeline
  • Follow up prospects through available CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Present returns per business account to management and ensure reporting on implemented actions, established contacts and signed deals
  • Ensure that your key accounts are satisfied by communicating their needs effectively to Account Management and Operations
  • Map and target French leads in your vertical in a methodical way
  • Collaborate across teams (Product and Operations) to better focus client-facing efforts, taking initiative to identify issues and finding solutions
  • Build and deliver compelling demonstrations, pitches and sales materials with the support of our Marketing team
  • Create and lead cross-team projects and contribute to the global commercial strategy
  • Participate to various events such as fairs and conferences

Requirements

  • 4 + years work sales experience with Enterprises accounts
  • Business degree
  • Agile minded and highly interested in retail and e-commerce
  • Passionate about people, you are an excellent communicator, both written and spoken
  • Enthusiastic and combative, you have a real power of persuasion with a hunter mindset
  • Curious, you want to know perfectly your product and the ecosystem of your targets
  • Pragmatic, you like to measure the financial impact of your actions
  • Your excellent interpersonal skills allow your to be super adaptive with your targets
  • Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus!
