Finance Analyst

Supermercato24 seeks a talented Finance Analyst to join its recently established Business Finance team in Milan.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for e-commerce and finance, while supporting one of the fastest growing startups in Italy.

This role will be a highly visible position partnering closely with the Business Development, Marketing and Operations teams, at all levels of the organization.

Your core activities will include:

• Improve and automate daily, weekly and monthly reporting, as well as revise and implement new metrics and KPIs;
• Provide meaningful and actionable analyses on the Company’s performance to make recommendations for improvements;
• Design flexible and innovative input-output planning models to secure greater accuracy and business traction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to details and exceptional organizational skills.
• Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Proven capacity to work as a team and to prioritize workload.
• Willing to act in the best interest of the customers.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience doing quantitative and/or financial analysis.
• Prior experience with Excel and SQL is a plus.
