For our Milan office we are looking for a Strategic Business Analyst within the Business Development team with strong analytical skills and business acumen.

What you will do

Catalog reliability and assortment are one of the key asset for customer retention and satisfaction in Supermercato24 business. Customers expect to easily found on our website what they are used to purchase in physical store and receive product with high accuracy. 

Catalog is a crucial aspect for customer happyness and Supermercato24 growth.

You will be responsible of :

• Implementing standard reports to efficiently monitor main Catalog KPIs and addressing actions when needed
• Monitoring assortment and reliability of online Catalog for more than 500 online stores
• Create simplified reports to support data entry activities
• Analysing data and provide business insight to optimise cataloging activities
• Increasing catalog profitability through pricing strategies and analysis
• Implement efficient model to strategically drive customer behaviours

 Requirements

• Excellent business judgment
• Quantitative University Degree (Economics, Engineering, Statistics)
• Proficiently use Excel
• Strong ability to analyse and interprete data
• Strong ability to give valuable business insight
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Fluent in Italian and English

Desired skills

• Previous experience in similar role and/or in e-commerce company
• Smart thinking
• Basic knowledge of SQL, R, Pyton or similar
