Your mission? 

As Employer Branding Manager (f/m/d) you will create our employer brand and establish a worldwide community of talent. You will have a full ownership and accountability over our employer brand calendar/activations and define what strategy we should pursuit to become a brand of choice in the fintech world. This role will manage all relevant online platforms, content, channels but also create our physical events and meet-ups. Part of the role would be also to connect to other companies, interesting talents and to everyone who wants to be a part of our global talent community.

Your tasks

• You are working closely together with our marketing team to build our employer brand and the employer branding marketing strategy

• You represent our employer brand on platforms and events and stay in touch with all relevant people

• You manage all relevant channels to be in touch with interesting talents like LinkedIn, Github or whatever comes to your mind

• You come up with ways to keep the community engaged and growing

• You join events and fairs and host our own ones to interact with talents and companies

Your Profile

• You got 3+ years of experience in employer branding, (brand) marketing and/or community management

• You are a networker and connecting with people feels natural to you

• You are creative and full of ideas to push your own topics

• You are able to create and execute a employer branding strategy  

• You will take ownership and accountability

• You have excellent English communication skills in writing and speaking
