Your mission?
As Head of Brand (m/f/d) you will be responsible for shaping how the world sees Taxfix through creation, development and execution of the brand image and brand campaigns across multiple channels, media, functions and countries. You will lead your own team, whose primary focus is all things brand, while assuring close alignment with marketing and across the whole company.
Your tasks
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and founders on taking Brand efforts of Taxfix to the next level
Managing small team responsible for Branded activities (Brand Manager, Snr. Art Director, Social Media Manager, PR Manager)
Taking brand ownership and refining the vision, mission, goals and brand strategies to match up to our company
Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies across multiple countries
Working closely with marketing, product and design teams to ensure the brand guidelines are enforced and followed throughout
Monitoring market trends, researching consumer behaviour and competitors’ activities to identify key issues and opportunities for further success
You have
Proven working experience as Head of Brand or Senior Brand Manager
Experience in successfully launching global brand campaigns using both online and offline media
Experience in leading creative production process for TV, OOH and digital
Experience in consumer analytics and research
Excellent command of the English language
Working proficiency in German
