The role

As the Head of People and Organisation you will be in charge of the people experience at Taxfix including onboarding, learning and development, team building, change management, feedback, processes, productivity and regular rituals and events.

You will be working closely with the CEO and COO as well as the whole leadership of the company to develop workshops, design processes, and create a great working experiences for everyone to make sure that people can become the best version of themselves and truly enjoy to work at Taxfix.

Responsibilities:

• Observe and learn from the culture and organizational processes at Taxfix, identify best practices as well as current  challenges in the teams to see how we can become better

• Collect and measure quantitative and qualitative data to understand people's happiness and engagement in the company

• Together with the founders redefine and sharpen the definition of the working culture at Taxfix and develop a future vision to create an ideal way of working together

• Develop and lead initiatives such as the implementation of a great onboarding experience, training workshops and a personal development program at Taxfix

• Understand the needs of the organization and plan and execute regular workshops and coachings with the management to become better leaders, implement and live the defined values and help the teams to be more effective (also with the help of external coaches)

• Create exercises, trainings and events to further implement the cultural cornerstones of Taxfix in the organization and help people to understand and live them every day at work

• Work closely with other people functions as the Talent Acquisition team, HR Workplace functions and office management

• You are certified coach, mentor and or trainer of some sort

• You have over 3 years of experience in HR

• You have experience in implementation of organisational processes (such as values, OKRs, 1:1 structures, personal development plans etc.)

• You take initiative and ownership in solving problems in collaboration with all stakeholders

• You have a track-record of self-development and you are keen to develop further constantly
