Our mission is to help people get their maximum tax refunds in a convenient, transparent and timely manner, hassle-free. Our user-friendly Taxfix App enables people to file within 25 minutes, without any prior tax knowledge or complicated forms.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will help Taxfix to grow from 60 people to 120 and more. You will be a part of building world class recruiting team and bringing best practises to Taxfix. Our mission is to bring the best talent into the organisation while providing a unique and memorable experience to all of our candidates.  

You will be:

• Developing and managing a full-cycle recruiting process for all level positions (from a detailed job briefing to contract signature)
• Together with a Sourcer building up steady pipeline of suitable candidates using all possible channels (including direct search and agency management)
  
• Visiting recruiting and employer branding fairs/networking events
  

• Coaching and developing hiring managers to become more successful in hiring
  

• Coming up with innovative methods to get in touch with the best people to work for us

• Together with our Community Manager helping to create a strong employer brand, supporting employer branding concepts and projects

You are:

• Structured in the way you work

You have:

• Been working in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-growth startup for 2+ years
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in hiring international talent
• Deep knowledge in sourcing, interviewing and project management
• Excellent business English skills
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems
