Future Talent Program is a two year trainee program for young graduates, starting in September 2017. As a participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. In the program, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Tetra Pak development in a long perspective and be part of an innovative technical environment.

With Future Talent Program you will be permanently employed in a certain department and position from the beginning and follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars. The program will give you extensive insight to the company, the culture and the values.

For our market Company in Hochheim (Germany), we are looking for a Junior Marketing to join our Marketing team. Here, you will have the chance to develop an international network within Tetra Pak and also to deal directly with our customers, supporting them in growing in their business.

We are looking for newly graduates in the following areas:

• Business administration (MBA would be a plus)  
• Marketing and Economics  
• Management  

The main activities will be the following:

• Analyse and understand relevant market trends and dynamics in order to create value for customers;  
• develop creative ideas as well as structured tools that can be used to highlight opportunities for customers;  

Qualifications

To apply to the Future Talent Program you have finished or are about to finish your Master Degree studies within Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Economics. Additional background in web or digital marketing would be highly appreciated. You are also proficient with excel tool.

As a person, you are structured and precise in managing data and information. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to capture insights, understand what is behind numbers and transform them into opportunities.

We believe you are a self starter, curious and eager to learn new things. You are also able to engage others, take initiative and drive action to make things happen.

Experience from studies or work abroad is considered a merit. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
