Your mission, should you decide to accept it...

• You will be the lead of an amazing, young and growing team. Your will ensure the all teams work flawlessly and aligned towards our global goals.
• The CM position is one of our most challenging and impactful roles. You will not only be responsible for growing our Spanish business, but also for motivating and growing our team.
• You are an experienced manager with and entrepreneurial mindset and decision making, planning and execution are part of your DNA. You just get stuff done!
• You will have full P&L ownership and be the ultimate responsible for our sure success!

Your role.

• Be the main contact with senior leadership and participate in the establishment of country OKRs.
• Be Tiller’s face in the market, collaborating with local stakeholders in expanding and representing our brand.
• Grow and motivate and already electrifying team of individuals.
• Manage the country's P&L.
• Be on top of local regulatory changes and concerns.
• Help implement and perfect company processes.
• Scale, scale, scale!

Requirements

Your profile

• 7+ years of professional experience in high pressure roles applicable to this position.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial and resolutive manager, able to identify problems before they occur.
• You will assume the Sensei role (a long white beard will be appreciated).
• Analytical and data driven.
• You GSD.
• Excellent communication skills with a love for teamwork.
• Experience in working in a reporting structure.
• You are a native Spanish speaker, but English is part of your day to day communication.
