You are a resolutive person, enthusiastic and multitasking is part of your DNA. You will welcome on board all our new clients and you will be engaged in different tasks within the department in order to watch our clients grow and get older.

Your mission

● You will contribute to the development of a new department, creating new and exciting projects (new tools, team and/or suppliers benchmarking...)

● You will master the onboarding of our clients: lead them through the first steps, train them on the app and follow-up their experience with the system - A Senior CSM will lead you on the process

● You will manage an evolving customer portfolio of about 50-100 customers

● You will manage different client queries (we assure you that our clients won’t stop surprising you)

● You will offer amazing and foolproof listening... You don’t miss a thing !

● You will be the rallying point between our favourite Tiller-Techies and humans; you will be the person in charge of communicating and proposing improvements, collecting as much feedback as possible from the Italian market.

● You will participate in the implementation, training and set of tools in order to collect, measure and improve our clients’ feedback (phone calls, emails, chat, etc.)

● You will perform support tasks proactively via phone and chat

● You will help adapting country-specific post-sales processes

● You will plan and perform on site installations all over the country, including hardware installation and training.

Requirements

Your profile

● You are a proactive and resolutive person, able to identify problems before they occur.

● You will assume the Sensei role (a long white beard will be appreciated)

  • You have network structure knowledge and are comfortable with technology - otherwise, you need to be a fast learner!

● You have the unique gift of explaining the inexplicable

● Your good mood and unlimited patience let you always be calmed and prioritize emergencies

● You can work autonomously, with energy.

● You always have a trump card!

● You know how to smile on the phone

● You have already managed clients in some past commercial experience (it’s a plus)

● You are looking for a start-up environment and you even have a nerdy side

● You are an Italian native speaker but English or/and French are not a problem for you.
