Your mission

Your mission, if you decide to accept it...

Are you interested in entering the exciting world of recruitment? You'll get the unique opportunity to get your hands on a variety of responsibilities from recruitment coordination, finding the top talent to employer branding. We want you to handle the entire recruitment process! You will take care of:

● Creating job descriptions

● CV screening

● Managing different job boards

● Interviewing candidates

● Scheduling the next steps of the recruitment process

● Giving feedback after interviews

● Creating offer letters

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

● You are young, motivated, with the will to learn and to give your 120%

● You have good English and Italian level, French and/or Spanish are a plus!

● You are a people person and you enjoy wearing multiple hats

● You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

● A degree in HR / Recruitment / Business related studies or some similar experience

would be a plus but never a must!
