Your missions

Integrated into a young team of more than 150 people, you will make sure that all of our customers are as happy as possible by being their first point of contact for any questions and recommendations.

As a Technical Support Specialist for the French market, your missions will be the following:

  • Provide first class customer satisfaction at all times by taking necessary steps to assist and support our customers.
  • Handle incoming customer contacts (via telephone, e-mail, chat or other channels)
  • Assist the customers in technical support with their equipment (ipad, printer, routeur, etc)
  • Guarantee the management and priorization of the customer demands and solve them
  • Participate in the implementation of internal tools and processes to smoothen the customer experience (calls, emails, SMS etc.)

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Problem-solver and teacher, you are endowed to explain the inexplicable
  • You are gifted with a strong sense of humour and unwavering communication skills
  • Your talent for repartee is irrefutable and you know how to smile over the phone
  • You have experience in managing customers in face-to-face or phone interactions
  • You wish to evolve in an environment start-up and cultivate a geek side
  • You have knowledge or a strong interest for IT challenges (printers, routers, antennas, network)
  • An engineering degree is a plus
  • Ideally, you have already used the following tools: Intercom and Salesforce
  • You are fluent in both French and English, Spanish is a plus
