WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and grow global relationships with TransferGo partners, e.g. Financial Institutions and Payment Service Providers.
Expand TransferGo’s unique global infrastructure of x-border payment solutions by driving end-to-end partner on-boarding / KYC processes, and a.o. successfully managing the opening and maintenance requirements of corporate bank accounts and local licences.
Maintain high delivery standard to stakeholders of legal documentation, information providing and (internal) reports.
Establish and maintain a consistent and effective partner compliance strategy.
Timely fulfil the requirements set out by local authorities and TransferGo partners in various countries, regions and timezones, e.g. establishing local entities, driving licence acquiring processes, adhering to legal and compliance requirements.
Identify and address legal and business concerns / challenges in a timely manner and present solutions to mitigate.
Develop a strong understanding of the business, manage ad-hoc projects as needed and be ‘hands-on’ in your contribution to your stakeholders.
Set out complex projects and (legal) structures in a clear and concise manner and prepare actionable business intelligence reports.
Identify, qualify and assess potential strategic partnerships and growth opportunities in TransferGo focus countries and present your strategic analyses to the TransferGo Leadership Team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Teamworker and self-starter with an exceptional eye for detail and ‘get-it-done’ attitude, who thinks ‘out-of-the-box’ and wants to play a key role in the expansion and success of TransferGo.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to various audience levels that allow you to build and grow committed stakeholder relationships.
Strong desire to work in a fast developing environment and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Adhering to deadlines, timely follow-up, and a high standard of delivery are your key drivers. Overseeing multiple concurrent projects and prioritising are natural to you.
Track record in handling legal, compliance and procedural requirements set out by (local) authorities and partners.
Genuine interest in the developments and state of the art solutions in the world of international payments, its key players and TransferGo competitors, and the desire to learn more.
2+ years relevant experience.
Bachelor / Master degree. Law or Business Administration are strongly preferred.
Able and willing to travel to other countries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
