We successfully completed our first Series B funding round in May 2018 backed by Revo Capital and now we are looking into expanding our product and growing customer base across existing and new markets.

About the job

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building trust and awareness of our brand for Ukrainian communities in Poland. This role requires a hands on approach when dealing with local Ukrainian communities, working with social media, forums, local PR, events and other offline activities, segmenting most efficient communication channels, etc. The role will work closely with Growth Manager Ukraine and have full access and help from our core marketing team as well learnings and experience from other managers within our Growth Team.

Requirements

Key requirements:

• Proven work experience as a community manager or a similar role
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Experience working with social media to build engagement and content
• Experience working with events or any other offline activities to promote brands
• Insightful knowledge of migrant Ukrainian market. Insightful nature of reading consumers, building bridges and connections with community leaders
• Any experience working directly with customers either in sales or customer support is a plus
• Native level of Ukrainian language and good command of English
• Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills
• Ability to travel within Poland and abroad on regular basis
