At TransferGo, we’re on a mission to make moving money globally as simple and easy as sending a text. We want you to lead financial planning and analysis efforts at TransferGo. You will empower organisation by creating and maintaining an informed decision making platform to ensure the financial and operational goals of the organisation are achieved. Supporting the leadership team and uncovering data relationships within the business gives a fantastic opportunity to drive better organisational and customer behavior in the agile startup environment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual budgets

- Input monthly actual results to a budget tracking framework

- Analyse variance between actual and forecasted budget

- Gather all information requested by internal stakeholders for decision making (e.g. headcount, business cases)

- Identify areas of improvement, ensure the optimal allocation of resources

- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and regular regulatory reporting

- Assist with the daily workflow and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

Here’s what we’d love from our new FP&A Associate:

- Degree in Data Science, Maths, Finance, Economics or related discipline- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must- Demonstrated quantitative, system thinking and finance skills- Strong attention to detail and time management skills- Ability to work in a fast-pasted and constantly changing environment- Ability to proactively anticipate, prevent and/or resolve potential issues- Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English (all communication with budget stakeholders is in English)- Experience working with Tableau is a plus

Monthly salary from 1200 € to 1940 € (gross) depending on the level of experience.
