TransferGo is an international fintech brand, offering online money transfers across the world with low fees and high speed. We are a multilingual bunch of people, working from offices in London, Vilnius, Kaunas, Berlin, Istanbul and Warsaw – and we’re still growing!

At TransferGo, we’re on a mission to make moving money globally as simple and easy as sending a text. Design plays a critical role in shaping the way we communicate this message and, to make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to work in our Brand and Marketing Design team.

You’ll report to the Head of Design.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Creating eye-catching, dynamic content (motion graphics and animated visuals)
• Creating 2D visuals for our main channels (website, social media, OOH)
• Helping to shape the TransferGo brand
• Presenting design solutions to stakeholders, defending design decisions and being open to feedback, incorporating it in your work
• Contributing to idea generation sessions and taking charge when needed

Requirements

Here’s what we’d love from our new Motion Graphic Designer:

• The ability to create 2D motion graphics and animated content from concept to completion
• The ability to record and edit live footage (video and audio)
• Proficiency in design principles, typography and 2D layout
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Final Cut Pro or others)
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects
• An undying love of visual storytelling
• A quantitative and qualitative understanding of why your design works or doesn’t
• The ability to adapt to and build on TransferGo’s brand and design systems

And if you can also do these things, even better:

• Know how to design webpage layouts and interactions to create aesthetic and functional designs
• Bring another passion to the team – like illustration, photography or 3D. We would love to hear about it!
