TransferWise is an international money transfer startup based in Shoreditch (the hub of London’s startup scene), co-founded by Skype’s first employee and backed by the likes of Andreessen Horowitz, Sir Richard Branson, and PayPal founder Max Levchin. We're turning the world of financial services on its head, and we won’t stop until we’ve made international payments fairer and more transparent for everyone.



Last year, we made the decision to open our smart platform for small businesses to use and other fintech companies to build on top of. Businesses have already sent over £1 billion through TransferWise, securing enormous savings by avoiding hidden fees and dodgy exchange rates.  And we’re not done. Our business offering has the opportunity to more than double our volume in the coming years.



We’re looking for a new member of our cutting-edge Paid Social team to help drive this growth. The team has done some pretty awesome stuff to date, including including working closely with Facebook to pilot new measurement techniques, and building bespoke tools to manage and analyse data. It’s a challenge and a steep learning curve, but you’ll have the support of this super strong team.



So what’s the role?


  • Developing a deep understanding of our business product, who it’s for, and how it’s best presented.
  • Building and optimising B2B-focused Facebook campaigns, analysing what’s working and what isn’t, and continually testing new ideas.
  • Working closely with our creative team to create engaging business content (ads, video, landing pages) to get our story across.

What are we looking for?


  • An entrepreneurial spirit, willing to get your hands dirty and learn on the go
  • Experience working on marketing campaigns targeting small businesses or enterprise level companies
  • Strong communicator who’s confident briefing and collaborating with creative and design teams to produce marketing content
  • A relentless focus on improvement
  • Team player with a drive to help other people
  • A head for numbers, and the ability to draw conclusions from data
  • Bachelor's degree and ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload.

It would be great if you also had experience with the following:


  • Experience in paid Facebook marketing
  • Working in a fast-paced digital business
  • Starting your own business, project or charity.
