Fraud investigation and Dispute Agent

Description

Our dedicated team is looking for new team members, who are passionate about helping customers and solving problems. You’d take part in the exciting journey of scaling our card issuing product, while working in a disruptive, fast-growing and fun environment.

What you’ll get to do:

• Deep dive into suspicious transactions and take appropriate actions.
• Process card chargebacks and provide required information to our partners.
• Provide world class support to our customers via email and phone, when needed, in order to solve a dispute.
• Work with Product teams to improve the customer experience.
• Work with the Product and Development teams to identify actionable areas for improvement.
• Work with our partners and the card schemes to facilitate launches in new market and improve our processes.
• Report when appropriate to partners, card schemes and authorities.

What we’re looking for:

• Punctuality and independence.
• Legal right to work in Estonia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Tolerance for routine but also an ability to keep up with fast changes.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Some flexibility in working hours.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times a year to the US or Singapore.

It would be nice if you:

• Have some experience within card issuing or acquiring institutions.
• Are fluent in any other European language.
