Growth Analyst - Latin America

We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to join our growing team in our Tallinn office. The role is a unique opportunity to drive our growth and help our customers in Latin America save money by using TransferWise.

Your mission:

• Help TransferWise to offer the lowest price for international money transfers to customers in Latin America
• Work with the team to help us serve even more customers in the region

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Work on multiple product offerings - as part of the Latin America team, you will be looking at the impact of opening new routes, bringing our balance and plastic products to the region and opening TransferWise for businesses
• Learn the economics behind money transfer to understand how we attribute our costs and deep dive into how we can reduce them further and drop our prices for customers
• Be flexible in how and where you work, we understand everyone needs a little something different so we’ll do our best to make it happen
• Work cross team with your ideas, knowledge and self-starting attitude across all our offices

A bit about you:

• Have experience or theoretical knowledge of forecasting techniques
• Have a basic understanding of unit economics and its application to digital products
• Ability to use Python for data analysis
• Have the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working with SQL databases

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
