A bit about the role


We are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT Support Team. Our mission is to support everyone in TransferWise through ensuring we’re offering the best equipment, keep it safe and running in peak condition.


A bit about the job


  • Provide technical support for TransferWisers seeking assistance;
  • Identify and suggest potential areas for improvement;
  • Be an encyclopedia on TW’s IT products and services;
  • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software;
  • Help acquaint new users with tools & tech in TransferWise;

A bit about you


  • You enjoy helping people and solving problems by nature;
  • Great sense of humour and able to work under pressure;
  • Passionate about computing and user experience;
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of the team as the situation requires;
  • Researching solutions and the latest technology is second nature to you.

As our presence grows we will need some way to keep you busy until there are enough people. We’d like you to help other teams such as Verification, CS, Ops and the Office team. This is a great opportunity to learn more about how TransferWise works.
