The strategy is to optimize advertising across the entire traveller journey, identify and create new audiences, and increase our partners reach, relevance and booking volumes.

We are looking for a driven Business Solutions Manager to support the business success of Amadeus Hospitality by driving product marketing efforts and by enabling the sales team to sell to DMO (destination marketing organization) clients. You will specifically focus on:

  • Sales Trainings on digital media products for DMOs;
  • Client/Sales consultation on finding the best solutions for a campaign proposal;
  • Product & Process standardization for our existing DMO offering;
  • Developing sales supporting tools & processes;
  • Coordination of marketing efforts for digital media for DMOs;
  • Input on pricing and go-to-market strategy for DMO Media.
 

What you will do:

Sales Enablement

  • Train our DMO sales team on digital media solutions & upcoming changes;
  • Drive standardization of sales execution via process development & process implementation;
  • Facilitate & simplify the DMO sales process by providing tools and templates (rate cards, media planning, proposals, etc.).

Client Enablement

  • Consult clients & sales team members on the best digital solutions to achieve campaign goals;
  • Support sales to draft campaign strategies, prepare commercial proposals & media plans for DMO clients.

Product Business Planning

  • Work with Management to drive the Go-to-Market strategy & new product planning for digital media for DMOs;
  • Work with Business Marketing to plan & prioritize product marketing needs;
  • Input on product Pricing and Promotion initiatives for our DMO product;
  • Work with Sales to collect Market-insight & Marketing Requirements & prioritize these

Feedback Management

  • Enable & organize customer & internal product feedback management;
  • Dive into market & competitive analysis.

Requirements:

About you:


  • You have prior experience (3-5 years) in Digital Advertising, either a media buying role with profound technical knowledge or as a product manager in digital media;
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the digital advertising industry in general, programmatic and social advertising in particular, SEM as a bonus;
  • Understanding of the travel industry will be helpful, but can be acquired on the job;
  • You have a great eye for detail and strong organizational skills;
  • You have a track record of proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • You take pride in the work you create;
  • You are a traveler at heart;
  • You have strong written and verbal English skills; any additional language is a plus.
