Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic UX designer to help us create amazing experiences for people who use Trustpilot products. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary product team, working closely with the product manager and developers. You’ll be responsible for the overall user experience for Trustpilot customers, making sure they can use our products with ease and enjoyment, and that the final outcome looks great.

Things you’ll do in this role

  • Define and design the user experience, from creating initial ideas and sketches, to workflows, to high-fidelity visual mockups and prototypes
  • Collaborate closely with your product team to come up with new ideas and get final designs implemented
  • Conduct user interviews, concept tests, and usability tests to make sure you’re building things people want and need
  • Collaborate with other UX designers and the UX Director to get and receive feedback, and keep our designs consistent across Trustpilot products

What we expect from you

  • At least 3 years of design experience creating engaging, useful, and usable digital products, demonstrated by a portfolio
  • A user-centered approach to design—you want to know who you’re designing for, and you’d never release a feature without showing it to users first
  • An eye for visual design (color, hierarchy, and typography) and the ability to follow UI patterns
  • Experience talking with users and applying insights to make products better
  • Ability to work independently and proactively and thrive in an agile, highly collaborative environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with content design, information visualization, motion design, data analysis, and/or quantitative testing is great to have

What you can expect from us

  • Opportunities to grow in a fast-moving atmosphere where we value data-based decision-making, user-centered design, and proactively experimenting and iterating
  • Talented, genuinely nice colleagues from all over the world who like to be social together
  • Learning opportunities such as courses, conferences, and trainings from world-class product and design leaders
  • 20% time to work on projects you’re passionate about
  • Plenty of optional networking events and speaking opportunities (past events we’ve hosted include Agility Lab, Codher, Product Tank, and Women in Tech meetups)
  • Flexible, family-friendly working environment
  • Central location in beautiful downtown Copenhagen, easily accessible by bike or public transportation
