Trustpilot Quality & Compliance Team is part of a larger Trust & Transparency unit. We work closely together with Legal, Corporate Communications, IT Risk & Security and Technology to ensure that Trustpilot is the most trusted company in the world. The Q&C team safeguards trust in our best-in-class online review platform. We investigate companies and users for fraudulent patterns and handle fabricated reviews. We’ve got a suite of automated tools and manual processes in place to help us work more efficiently.


Your role


As our new Quality & Compliance Agent you will be responsible for the UK Market together with your UK Quality & Compliance Agents in Copenhagen. You will play an important role in securing the presence of the Quality & Compliance team in London.


  • Solve any issue regarding reported reviews for the UK market on a daily basis ensuring that the reviews on our site are compliant with our guidelines
  • Participate in relevant quality activities (detect and remove fabricated reviews, assess review templates for identifying signs of incentivising, identify cherry picking) for the UK market on a daily basis
  • Help to build and align processes and procedures in the London office together with the Q&C Manager Europe and Q&C Team Lead Europe who are located in the Copenhagen office
  • Help maintain  macros or other compliance content used in the processes when communicating with our community of users and companies
  • Be a “Trust & Transparency” ambassador in our London office helping to establish and maintain a successful working relationship between the Quality & Compliance Team and London Sales Executive, Customer Integration and Account Management  teams (regular knowledge sharing sessions, being a go-to with trust- and compliance-related questions) together with the rest of the Q&C team members
  • Obtain local market’s Quality & Compliance expertise to help the team to cover the largest market most efficiently, suggest areas for improvements

Your Profile


  • A minimum of 2-3 years of Compliance, Fraud Detection or similar experience
  • Experience from an IT/Tech/Social media company is a plus
  • Bachelor degree from a university
  • Process and quality oriented style of work
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate politely in all situations
  • People person
  • Great team player
  • Ability to take full responsibility for structuring and prioritizing your time well, be independent and ready to support your team
  • Willing to cooperate with other departments, Sales, Retention, Onboarding and Support
  • It’s important you have a “can do” attitude and take pride in ensuring that our users receive quick and solid answer to their questions
  • Must have work permission for UK
