Does this sound like your kind of workplace?We are hiring an HR Specialist, as a maternity cover for a one year period, who will support Trustpilot’s rapid growth. As part of a dynamic international HR team of approx. 20 employees, you will add value to the team and the organization by taking an important role in the development of a strong HR function. The position is located in Copenhagen, and you will work closely with colleagues in Copenhagen, London, Berlin, Vilnius, Melbourne, Denver, and New York.You will report to our Senior Director in Copenhagen. Key responsibilities


  • Support the roll out of a new HR global system
  • Create and implement HR processes
  • Maintain employee data in our HR systems
  • Create data analysis reports and presentations upon request
  • Create HR Policies and Employee Developmental Plans, as well as update the existing
  • Benchmark Analysis and Researching
  • Act as a point of contact concerning HR queries for employees and managers
  • Maintain the intranet
  • Support the training and onboarding of new employees
  • Interpret and advise on employment law and employee conditions
  • Support our HR Manager in the continuous development of the administration function, ensuring processes and procedures are efficient and consistent

Requirements


  • Proven record for creating and implementing new HR processes and policies
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven record for administering HR Systems
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist is an advantage
  • Organized person with strong attention to details
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Danish and English
  • Good understanding of the Danish employment law; knowledge of the UK employment law is an advantage
  • Working experience from a fast growing international environment
  • Higher education within Human Resources, or similar education

  • Demonstrated HR skills and experience with a sound understanding of a broad range of HR functions and processes
  • Proven ability to conceptualize issues, develop options, and write and present reports to a high standard
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis
  • Project coordination skills and experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of databases and HR systems
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
