Your job:


Your main focus will be to support Trustpilot employees in their internal technical needs. In doing so, you will be part of a dedicated team handling IT Tickets for our Trustpilot offices. You will play a key role in the day to day operations that ensures our hardware and software systems are running seamlessly. You love to offer assistance in fixing the issue at hand no matter how small. You are patient even when having to repeat: “Is it plugged in?” Have you tried turning it off and back on?” Can you explain what you mean by “computer running slow” ?”


To fill this role we expect that you can check most of the following boxes:


  • A solid understanding of and experience with IT support in an international organization
  • Ability to troubleshoot network problems at the desktop level
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Assist with onboarding of new users
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
  • Manage laptop/desktop & mobile setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
