Our Corporate IT department is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Denver support team. The position is new, which means that you will help develop the existing IT support presence in this location alongside the US Helpdesk Team Lead.


The Role


  • Provide technical support for Trustpilot employees in person or remotely
  • Provision computers for office employees
  • Set up and maintain workstations
  • User administration and support using current and future IT systems
  • Working with ad-hoc projects relating to IT
  • Hardware procurement and registration
  • Receiving, working, and managing tickets in the company helpdesk ticket system
  • Create and maintain instructional guides for existing Trustpilot IT systems and solutions
  • Create and maintain articles for IT knowledge base
  • Network device administration
  • Handling IT hardware repair cases

You love to offer assistance in fixing the issue at hand no matter how small. You are patient even when having to repeat: “Is it plugged in? Have you tried turning it off and back on?” Can you explain what you mean by “my computer is running slow” ?”


To fill this role we expect that you can check most of the following boxes:


  • A solid understanding of and experience with IT support in an international organization
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to troubleshoot network problems at the desktop level
  • Experience with IPT, laptop provisioning, Windows 10 and macOS
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (G Suite, Azure AD and Cisco Meraki) is a plus
  • Provision, configure and test workstations, printers, peripheral equipment and software
