IT Systems Administrator

Playing a pivotal role in cross-functional IT projects, your primary tasks will be to support Trustpilot’s global IT Infrastructure through proactive maintenance and development, along with the implementation of new initiatives. You will have a key role in building an effective and highly available setup for our users.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage Google Apps for Business (G Suite),DaaS/LDAP solutions and Active Directory.
• Maintain our global IT infrastructure, Server (Microsoft Server 2012R2, MS network services), Network (Meraki cloud console), and all related cloud solutions
• Plan and implement upgrades, and new cloud SaaS solutions.
• Plan and implement system wide changes
• Participate in internal and cross-functional projects
• Exchange knowledge within the department
• Assist with Helpdesk escalations
• Cloud focused

Your qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience within IT
• Hands on Experience in G Suite is a plus
• General knowledge of SaaS systems
• Certified in Microsoft Technologies
• Active directory knowledge
• Device Management Experience
• Strong Knowledge sharing and documentation skills
• Security and compliance policy experience would be advantageous
