The Role


An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable PA/ Office Assistant to work directly with our Vice President in London. This VP has played a major part in growing the UK and APAC markets and due to the ever-increasing demands of such a role we’re now looking for a PA/EA to manage full administrative support from London HQ.


This is no ordinary PA position; our business is rapidly growing into a Global Technology leader and the demands are ever changing. You will be working with the VP in many areas including: diary management, office communications (including globally) by telephone and email, building presentation materials and generally keeping the wheels of industry moving smoothly.


You will be engaging with employees at all levels (Entry to C-level) within London and in our global offices, this position offers an opportunity to be a vital part of our business and is a chance to develop your skills whilst taking on an increasing level of responsibility.  


The second part of this role will involve full office support to our Culture & Office Manager. This will include welcoming new starters to the office, managing our weekly food & bar supplies, being the first point of contact for reception and dealing with guests who are visiting our office, organisation of national and international couriers and ad hoc office duties.


Your profile


  • You have exceptionally confident communication skills and be highly organised!
  • You will have strong problem-solving skills and be creative in your working style.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Dealing with constantly changing demands will be second nature for you
  • You’ll be confident in promising both your own time and that of the VP
  • Be capable utilising a vast array of administrative tools.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc duties including building presentations and delivering communications
  • You will be the custodian of the VP’s time and availability and whilst you will keep things running smoothly, you’ll be confident in pushing back where required to demanding executives and know where to prioritise accordingly
