Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and driving all mobile related features and sub products to success through great service evolution
Working closely with UX/UI and Engineers to scope and prioritize projects based on business and customer impact
Working closely with and report to Uniplaces' Chief Product Officer to gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience
Driving revenue growth internationally
Managing the full product lifecycle and realisation of value to the user business
Outlining product roadmaps and coordinate with your team to deliver on schedule and with the expected level of quality
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Mobile Product Manager, Mobile Product Owner or similar, preferably in a B2C internet company with a core Web product.
Strong analytical mindset
Hardcore Excel skills (pivots, complex formulas, VBA)
Experience in positions with challenging stakeholder navigation
Fluent English, spoken and written
Ability to move from high level product concepts to very granular and detail oriented execution
Extremely independent, able to proactively take on any challenge autonomously
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn fast and drive to self-teach
Empathy for high quality and user centered experience
Go getter, obsessed with delivery and driven by impact
Ideally also:
Experience using Jira, Confluence and Slack
Comfortable with mock up design and wireframing
Good comprehension of modern web development technologies
Track record of managing and liaising directly with software engineers
Strong commercial and business acumen
Experience with web analytics software such as Google Analytics
Knowledge and experience in conversion optimisation, digital marketing, UX design and/or consumer psychology and research.
