As Trade Marketing Manager in our Icebreaker team, you will play a key role in:

* Building the Trade Marketing plan for Icebreaker across European territories

* Take ownership for the execution and review of all marketing activities executed in 3rd party customers across Europe

* With the European Sales team, develop relationships with key customers across Europe; understand those customers and their consumers, and tailor the Icebreaker Trade Marketing Strategy to fit with their needs

* Develop a rolling themed customer marketing plan for all activities, showing detailing execution strategies across all channels and verticals

* Drive brand exposure and rate of sale through ownership of the following key areas: Customer campaigns and all in-store executions and Customer communications – responsible for the creation and methods of execution for of all communications via 3rd party customers

* Test customer media & marketing packages to best effect, provide reviews of effectiveness and challenge customers to tailor their packages to Icebreaker’ needs.

* Build a Customer Metrics Scorecard to evaluate how effectively the Icebreaker brand and trade marketing initiatives are being executed in their environments

* Planning & delivery of all European trade shows

This role as Brand Marketing Manager is central to the EMEA Brand marketing function to help achieve global and regional brand and business goals. The role serves as a fundamental link between the Global office, the EMEA office and local markets to drive brand and product marketing. The main accountability, for this role is to build robust strategies for the business that at times will require execution.

All plans and strategies need to be built, implemented then evaluated in close collaboration with the Senior marketing Manager.

Main Accountabilities

* Responsible for building the 12 months view on Icebreaker Brand marketing initiatives, working closely with peers in sales, product and marketing.

* Communicate plans in a timely manner and regularly to relevant EMEA team members along with country marketing managers and guiding them as required for execution.

* As required drive EMEA execution of Brand marketing activities.

* Analyse results and provide fully comprehensive reports in a timely manner.

* Act as a guardian of the brand and champion of the target consumer.

* Use market & consumer feedback to further inform and improve effectiveness of Icebreaker strategies, plans and tools.

Job purpose :
GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Digital Strategic Account Specialist will work within the Digital Key Account team and synchronize with other business functions to provide a best in class service model to our digital partners.

He or She will also serve as a centre of excellence for planning, trading and operations within the digital organization and will play a key role in executing a seamless and disciplined GTM process.

She or he will also be responsible for coordinating our activities with our digital key accounts and online marketplaces, such as Amazon, across our digital platforms.

Success in the role will come through constant collaboration with all internal business units: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Merchandising and Marketing combined with a strong desire to maximise all commercial opportunities through daily best-in-class operational management.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

DIGITAL SERVICES

* Centre of excellence within the digital wholesale channel driving a best-in-class operational service model.

* Orderbook and contract management. Run allocation checks and work with supply functions to maximize availability and reduction in shortages. Manage contract business to reach conversion rate targets.

* Pro-active communication with customers required to support customer service and logistics with PO and booking in slots for timely deliveries.

* Plan, track and coordinate new seasons setup with Digital Merchandiser, Customer Service and customer according to GTM plan.

* Coordination of key account planning meetings and order appointments.

* Monitor digital marketplaces and provide weekly reports to enforce brands segmentation strategy.

* Update customer master data in SAP, create Etafs and streamline operational processes.

DIGITAL PLANNING & TRADING

* Manage category-based NOS programs and contracts. Liaise with accounts for monthly forecasting and sell-out data and identify re-order opportunities. Monitor and communicate impact on supply and demand.

* Create and provide order sheets to customers and enter re-orders.

* Provide account specific seasonal assortments (SMUs) and manage product flow.

* Develop and maintain strong relationship with the digital outlet channel and shopping club business and support sales process in line with business needs. Share campaign results and manage shopping club calendar aligned with our DTC team.

* Support account managers in 3YR LRP, seasonal demand planning and forecast submission.

* Support the digital channel as necessary in line with brand objectives.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur des RH et au sein d’une équipe composée de 5 personnes, vous êtes le/la référent(e) RH en charge de la formation pour la population Wholesale et intervenez également en soutien auprès de l’équipe RH.      

Vos missions      

Formation :       

* Contribuer à la définition, mise en œuvre et suivi du plan de formation (recherches de prestataires, organisations des sessions internes et externes, pilotage, suivi et optimisation du budget formation)

* Être en charge du versement des cotisations et déclaratifs au titre de la formation professionnelle

Profil :
