The Digital Strategic Account Specialist will work within the Digital Key Account team and synchronize with other business functions to provide a best in class service model to our digital partners.


The main goal of the Digital Strategic Account Specialist is to enable to team to deliver market and achieve profitable growth, improve data quality and driving product discoverability on multiple platforms.


As Digital Strategic Account Specialist, you will work with selected retailers, e-commerce platforms, to drive growth and deliver a best-in-class experience for our partners.


You will have the analytical expertise to plan and measure success.


What will you do?

* Analyse sales performance and stock demand on a weekly base (excel expert)

* Order creation and contract follow up using the internal software solutions

* Proactively approach internal business partners to align on business needs and support where required (online merchandising, marketing,…)

* Keep daily contact with internal business partners (CS, planning) to ensure follow up on daily issues

* Ensure that the availability of the product and the GTM approach is in line with the annual target, the market trends, launches/promotions and the main competitors' activities.

Primary accountabilities:

* Driving the execution of a 3P product segmentation strategy to steer our brands’ presence and growth across digital marketplaces

* Creating a cross-functional framework for day-to-day management of 3P marketplace assortment, with a consumer-centric approach in close collaboration with brands central and local teams.

* Lead digital wholesale forecasting strategies and mid-to-long term range planning

* Improve Go To Market accuracy and conversion rates by working on the right assortment planning strategies, reducing forecast error, developing action plans to improve SKU efficiency

* Sales, stock, margin weekly, monthly, and seasonal order-book analysis and reporting at category, collection, style and SKU level providing recommendations around new and lost business

* Work with the brand merchandising and product teams to understand historical performance, trend analysis to identify market opportunities

* Strengthen the relationships with key accounts, operations, planning, customer service and DC to ensure timely and optimized forecasting and availability

Description:

* Digital Marketplaces & platform models continue to be an important part of the retail ecosystem and for all of VFs brands. We are seeking a person to play a central function to support Brands as they manage this business.

* This role will report directly to the Director of Digital Strategic Account that oversee the front-end progression on Platform’s and marketplaces for all VF Brands. The goal for this role is to ongoing define the business requirements of our digital, consumer minded strategy and ensure these are transformed into a cross functional workflow, building the capabilities to operate the most optimal business model, servicing our consumer needs.

* The person will work collaboratively across central functions as Digital Technology, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations and manage complex workflows to executional roadmap & coordination together with a cross functional central team, delivering on the business requirements.

* This position will design and execute a transformation roadmap with peers from each central function, collectively responsible to advance our Direct to consumer business on marketplaces & digital platforms from a back-end, capability perspective.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Digital Strategic Account Specialist will work within the Digital Key Account team and synchronize with other business functions to provide a best in class service model to our digital partners.

* Support account managers in 3YR LRP, seasonal demand planning and forecast submission.
