Help build critical Digital Marketing capability to drive Group Digital KA Strategy.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator who helps to drive our VF brands’ digital execution across all Group Digital Key Account channels, with a specific focus on Zalando, Amazon and ASOS;
Helps to build critical capabilities to create and deliver Best-in-class digital experience on leading digital pure players such as Zalando, Amazon and ASOS;
Measured against capability to help execute and provide relevant support to drive business strategy and Go-To-Market execution on Group- and Brand level with focus on driving growth and conversion.
Areas of focus:
- Driving Best-in-class Digital Experience and Marketing execution: Collaborates closely with brand marketing teams to help elevate and innovate our brand experience and discoverability across all Group Digital Key Account channels; establishing best practices and co-lead execution of key initiatives with our brand marketing teams (traffic generation, audience targeting, on-site execution, search optimization, content creation and editorial); co-lead specific cross-brand activation initiatives and pilot projects
- Collaboration and Co-creation: Help to build winning relationships with all critical Marketing functions within VF across our Brands and external key partners such as Zalando and Amazon Marketing teams and associated agencies.
- Drive business performance, conversion and on-site customer experience: The successful candidate will collaborate with various VF teams to add value to their field of expertise by understanding and analyzing critical key performance indicators, consumer behavior and recommend action plans to drive performance and marketing execution
Primary Responsibilities:
- Helps to elevate VF Brands’ Digital Marketing execution and on-site presence to help deliver a best-in-class digital marketplace;
- Supports internal brand relationships with VF Group Digital Marketing Manager;
- Complements VF brands marketing and sales teams with focus on execution of digital marketing activities and pilot projects;
- Helps to manage data quality and marketplace tracking;
- Support to create and manage digital presence for VF brands across all Group Digital Key Accounts with focus on Zalando and Amazon;
- Help create and manage product descriptions and bullet points on all key product styles for VF Brands;
- Helps to manage product reviews for VF Brands on key styles across digital platforms;
- Support Brands in trend analysis, category performance monitoring and on-site performance.
Skills for success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
- 2 – 3 years of Digital Marketing or E-Commerce experience;
- Fluent in English and at least one other EU language with strong writing and oral skills;

- Passion for data and data driven thinking, can extract patterns from different sources of data to drive insights into execution;

- Comfortable with reaching out to business partners and engaging in cross-functional collaboration.
