- Proactive Key account and Field Sales reporting support
- Support and coordination of all national sales meeting presentations
- Full support of the Sales Team with regards to communication, correspondence and organisation of all external & internal processes
- Contributing to sales, marketing & merchandising projects
- Contacts with clients and company sales representatives in order to provide sales service
- Creation of presentations
- Coordination of all office duties
- Coordination and management of mailings, marketing activities and all kind of Sales Tools (as catalogues, pricelists, POS material, folders etc.)
- Samples coordination
- Any administrative duties that may arise
- Other tasks associated with the function
Your Skills
- First experience in relevant position
- Good presentation and communication skills, Computer Skills, Initiative, open minded and independent work ability, Team work, service-, quality-, customer orientated, analytical thinking
- Good spoken and written command of German and English
- Enthusiastic, pro-active person who can handle stress and take initiatives
- Strong teamwork/team player skills
