Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Customer Care Agent (m/f/d). In this position, you will be managing our customers’ queries, giving the right support in each step of the customer experience, from the first log-in to the after-sales needs, and you will collaborate with different teams within the company.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage the first contact with the customers, answering to e-mails and phone calls
• Support the customers’ shopping experience
• Manage the customers’ queries until they’re solved (orders tracking, returns, reimbursements, reorder)
• Working hours are distributed on shifts that cover the following: 8:00-18:00, Monday to Saturday (max 40 hours per week)
