Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) for our Group Controlling & Investor Relations department from October 2020 to March 2021. In this position, you will not only be exposed to a wide spread area of financial topics, but you will also gain experiences in relation to business management, investor relation, ERP & BI systems, and project management. Furthermore, you will have the chance to collaborate on projects closely with the Group CFO – thus you are actively involved in many strategic and operational topics which impact the whole Westwing Group.

Your tasks will be:

  • Review of our P&L, cash flow and working capital developments
  • Preparation and analysis of financial group KPIs
  • Treasury activities such as cash forecasting and cash management on group level
  • Peer analysis and competitive intelligence projects
  • Working on presentations for our investors and supporting in maintaining our IR website
  • Contribution to the financial reporting towards our internal stakeholder and external shareholder
  • Preparations of analysis and documents for the board of management
  • Handling of ad hoc projects and analysis on your own responsibility
  • Enhancement of existing financial models and tools

You come with:

  • Studying business administration ideally with a major in Finance/Controlling with outstanding academic credentials
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point; SQL is a plus
  • A structured, independent and goal oriented work style
  • Very strong analytics, yet “hands-on” with a focus on fast and flawless execution
  • Passion about making impact and working in a multicultural team
  • Fluency in English
